You can apply for your Exit & Entry Permit(入臺證) from the website of National Immigration Agency.

Attendees from China (PRC)

Please apply for (1) Taiwan Travel Permit(大陸居民往來台灣通行證) from your local public security bureau, and (2) Individual Tourism Exit & Entry Permit(自由行/個人遊入臺證) from your local travel agency. See Taiwan Immigration Agency’s website to check if you are eligible. Write to us if you have any questions.
